Our service provider time is valuable and i will require a credit card to secure appointment. I require 24 hour notice to cancel appointments. I do understand illness and emergencies, but please allow me as much notice as possible. Appointments canceled within 24hours of the scheduled appointment time, or that are not attended, will be charged a 50% service charge for the service that were reserved.
